Cross Insurance Arena Rules
To ensure the safety of all patrons and guests, The Cross Insurance Arena has created the following code of conduct and policy guidelines. Please review and follow the rules and policies below as failure to abide by them may result in expulsion from the venue without refund.
If you have any questions, please contact the box office at 207-775-3458.
The Cross Insurance Arena has a special needs services team at the ready to assist. If you require any help, including accessibility seating or companion assistance through your visit, please call 207-775-3458 no less than two weeks before your event. Please be prepared to describe your specific needs so that the staff can provide appropriate assistance in time.
For most events, it is recommended that guests arrive no later than 30 minutes before an event starts time. For some concerts and special events, late arrivals may be asked to wait before entry for an appropriate break period.
Also, all guests will have to pass through security checkpoints before entering the venue. During this period, you will have to walk through metal detectors. To avoid frustrations, please keep the following tips in mind.
- Minimize the number of personal items you bring to the venue.
- Allow extra time for arriving at and entering the venue.
- Guests will be asked to remove from their clothing and belongings any items that may trigger the alarm, including cell phones and keys before they pass through the metal detector (Magnetometer) units.
- Bags will be searched. Please do not bring backpacks into the Cross Insurance Arena.
- If the Metal Detector (Magnetometer) alarm sounds, you will be subject to a secondary screening which may slow your entry into the venue.
- The same list of venue-prohibited items will still apply.
- It is at the discretion of venue management as to what events these units will be in use for.
Backpacks and larger bags are not allowed. All bags are subject to search.
Flash photography, video or audio recording devices, and professional cameras with detachable lenses are strictly prohibited for all performances. Standard or nonprofessional cameras are only allowed if both the venue and artist provides public authorization and will be noted in the program guide or description.
Usually, events and shows are never canceled since the show must go on. But if a show is canceled or postponed due to weather or artist cancellation you can request a refund or reschedule of your ticket at 207-775-3458.
